How do I book an appointment?

Appointments are booked online under 'Book Now'; complete the online forms 24-48 hours before your appointment.

How will I receive the telehealth link for the appointment?

When booking your appointment online, select the 'telehealth' appointment option; a link will auto-send before your appointment start time.
